Abstract
Secondary educational settings experience stress as a major problem which affects students and teaching staff including different generations. New digital stress management methods have evolved together with conventional techniques because of digital technology development. The research evaluates digital approaches to stress management against traditional stress reduction strategies while studying their effects on secondary students and their teachers as well as the impact of generational differences between them. The research adopts positivist philosophy together with a deductive approach backed by an explanatory research design to utilize secondary data obtained from peer-reviewed journals along with educational reports and meta-analyses. The findings demonstrate that digital tools supply customized accessible engaging stress management solutions yet traditional stress-reducing approaches remain essential for older teaching staff. The investigation proposes an integrated method that applies digital tools and conventional techniques for creating effective stress management support from generation to generation.
